How Do We Know When Our Nerves Are In Danger?

The early warning signs sent out by our nervous system are quite vague and are often ignored. They include: A change in sleeping/eating patterns, loss of energy, loss of interest in life, feeling irritable and so on. If we do not listen to our bodies and slow down, our nervous system gives up and chaos begins bringing on all these symptoms and many more.

You will hear people saying, I was fine last week or this came on suddenly, WRONG. This person has not realised how srtained his nerves have become. The signs were there but they were ignored. So now your body/mind is telling you enough is enough and begins to develop all these symptoms and more. We as human beings need to listen to our bodies. If we feel pain, that is a warning that somthing is wrong so we take pain killers, if we cut ourselves and bleed, we treat it, so why do we not listen to our minds? It is amazing how we will go and buy the best moisturiser to help us look younger. Wouldn't it be great if everytime we pushed our nerves too far, we bloke out in spots and then the spots would clear up when we were well again. That is not going to happen so people listen to your bodies, stress is a very big killer.
